1. AI-based noise reduction algorithm development ,porting and debugging;
2. Speech recognition algorithm development, porting and debugging
3. DSP-based speech/voice algorithms (AEC, NS, etc.) development, porting and debugging;

5. Microphone array technology development ,porting and debugging;
6. Research on emerging acoustic technologies (such as spatial sound field rendering, spatial sound field synthesis, directional playback, binaural recording, etc.)

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or above in electronic engineering or computer science (communication engineering, signal processing, information engineering, control engineering, software engineering, artificial intelligence, etc.), acoustics or mathematics major;
2. Solid theoretical basis of neural network and signal processing;
3. Proficient in matlab, Python, C or C++ programming;
4. Familiar with the related theories of audio signal processing;
5. Excellent in problem-solving and innovation, good communication skill and technical writing;
6. Experience in speech recognition/speech synthesis/audio codec/speech enhancement is preferred;

Responsibilities:

1. Index definition, architecture design, circuit design and simulation verification of RF integrated circuit, including LNA, PA, Mixer, VCO, PLL, etc.
2. Submit the chip research and development report and related test scheme of the responsible module;
3. Assist the test engineer to complete the design of chip test PCB board and test software;
4. Complete the test task of chip related modules, submit the test report and propose revision suggestions;
5. Guide layout engineers to complete the layout design of the designed circuit to ensure the quality of layout design.

Qualifications:

1. Master or above degree with major in communication, microelectronics, microwave and related fields;
2. Good foundation of RFIC design and analog IC design; Be familiar with theories of semiconductor devices and semiconductor physics and familiar with IC design process and back-end Layout design process;
3. Proficient in using EDA tools such as Cadence Spectre/SpectreRF and ADS;
4. At least 5 years or above experience of RF CMOS circuit design;
5. Prefer someone with successful experience of Tape-out of IC design like LNA, Mixer, PA and PLL;
6. Proficient in Bluetooth /WIFI protocol, software architecture and commonly used debug mode;
7. Board designers who are proficient in Bluetooth/WIFI antenna and peripheral circuit, etc.
8. Strong learning ability, analytical ability, communication ability and good teamwork spirit;
9. Good command of English.
